Laura Collison

Founding Director

Laura Collison is the Founder and Director of Well Education, leading the organisation’s strategy, program development and delivery of social and emotional wellbeing programs across schools, workplaces and community organisations.

A qualified teacher, Laura specialises in prevention and early-intervention wellbeing education, supporting young people to develop emotional intelligence, mental health literacy, confidence and strong self-worth.

Since founding Well Education in 2018, Laura has built partnerships with schools, community organisations and workplace settings to deliver structured programs that strengthen emotional awareness, resilience and healthy relationships.

Gabrielle James

Qld Lead Facilitator

Gabrielle supports the delivery and coordination of Well Education programs in Queensland, facilitating youth and young adult wellbeing workshops and assisting with program implementation across the region.

Currently studying psychology, Gabrielle brings strong knowledge in mental health, emotional wellbeing and behaviour, supporting participants to develop confidence, communication skills and emotional awareness.

Through her work facilitating the Top Chicks program, `{`Name`}` works closely with young women aged 18–30, helping participants build self-worth, resilience and positive relationships.

Karina Cousins

Head of Programs

Karina leads program delivery at Well Education, overseeing implementation and facilitation across NSW while supporting program development, policy and communications.

A qualified teacher with international teaching experience, Karina brings strong expertise in engaging young people and delivering structured social and emotional wellbeing programs in school and community settings.

Karina plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of Well Education’s programs, ensuring young people are supported to build confidence, emotional awareness and healthy relationships.

Madeline Kolomycki

Program Facilitator

Madeline is a practising primary school teacher with over 10 years of classroom experience and a strong background in social and emotional learning and student wellbeing.

As a facilitator with Well Education, Madeline delivers workshops and structured wellbeing programs across NSW, supporting young people to develop confidence, emotional awareness and positive relationships.

An experienced and highly skilled educator, Madeline is recognised for her ability to engage students and create meaningful learning experiences that support both personal development and wellbeing.
